Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. This role involves providing comprehensive support for a variety of IT challenges, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 2nd and 3rd line technical support for a diverse range of IT issues.
  • Engage in a balanced mix of routine support and project-based work.
  • Utilize tools such as Office365, Azure, and InTune to assist clients effectively.
  • Work both in-office and on-site, catering to local clientele.

Compensation:
Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, complemented by an annual bonus and additional on-call remuneration.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and AzureAD administration.
  • Experience in desktop support and deployment (Windows 10/11).
  • Familiarity with cloud support, particularly Azure and/or AWS.
  • Knowledge of network support and deployment (routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Windows server system administration experience.
  • Background in an MSP or digital consultancy environment.
  • Software/application support experience.
  • Experience with project work or data migrations.
