Job Description

The Theoretical Knowledge Instructor is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction in accordance with our standards and applicable aviation authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Theoretical Knowledge Instruction: Deliver theoretical knowledge instruction to trainees, ensuring they meet course standards, training requirements, and objectives.
  2. Monitoring Progress: Monitor trainee theoretical knowledge progress, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Training Records: Prepare and maintain accurate training records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Knowledge Updates: Ensure theoretical knowledge is up-to-date with all current published learning objectives.
  5. Administrative Support: Conduct administrative duties that directly support the role of the CTKI, ensuring seamless operations.
  6. Policy Compliance: Ensure training policies and processes are followed, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.
  7. Communication: Communicate and promote policies, procedures, and standards throughout the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  8. Training Documentation: Ensure all theoretical knowledge training documentation, manuals, and courseware are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the business.
  9. Quality Training: Ensure theoretical knowledge training is delivered to meet our objective of being the safest, highest quality, and customer-focused training school in the world.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Extensive Experience: Extensive ATPL theoretical knowledge instruction delivery experience.
  2. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and nurture trainees, deal effectively with internal and external contacts, and promote a culture of collaboration and respect.
  3. Adaptability: Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment, readily accepting changes and adjusting accordingly.
  4. Customer Focus: Ability to maintain a strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
