The Theoretical Knowledge Instructor is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction in accordance with our standards and applicable aviation authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Theoretical Knowledge Instruction: Deliver theoretical knowledge instruction to trainees, ensuring they meet course standards, training requirements, and objectives.
- Monitoring Progress: Monitor trainee theoretical knowledge progress, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training Records: Prepare and maintain accurate training records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge Updates: Ensure theoretical knowledge is up-to-date with current published learning objectives, staying ahead of industry developments.
- Administrative Support: Conduct administrative duties that directly support the role of the CTKI, ensuring seamless operations.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure training policies and processes are followed, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.
- Communication: Communicate and promote policies, procedures, and standards throughout the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Training Documentation: Ensure all theoretical knowledge training documentation, manuals, and courseware are fit for purpose, meeting the requirements of the business.
- Quality Training: Deliver theoretical knowledge training that meets our objective of being the safest, highest quality, and customer-focused training school in the world.
- Extensive Experience: Extensive ATPL theoretical knowledge instruction delivery experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and nurture trainees, deal effectively with internal and external contacts, and promote a culture of collaboration.
- Adaptability: Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment, readily accepting changes and adjusting accordingly.
- Customer Focus: Ability to maintain a strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances, ensuring exceptional customer service.
