About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join our team at Skyborne Airline Academy. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction to our trainees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Theoretical Knowledge Instruction: Deliver theoretical knowledge instruction to trainees, ensuring that they meet course standards and training requirements.
  2. Training Record Management: Prepare and maintain accurate training records, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  3. Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain strong theoretical and practical knowledge of your subjects, ensuring that you are able to provide expert instruction and guidance to trainees.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor, ensuring that all tasks and duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all theoretical knowledge training is delivered to the highest standards, meeting the requirements of Skyborne Airline Academy's quality management system.
  6. Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with trainees, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  1. Extensive Experience: Possess extensive experience in delivering ATPL theoretical knowledge instruction, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and nurture trainees.
  3. Adaptability and Flexibility: Be able to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment, readily accepting changes and adjusting accordingly.
  4. Customer Focus: Maintain a strong customer orientation, providing exceptional service to trainees and other stakeholders.
