The Aviation Theory Educator plays a crucial role in imparting high-quality theoretical instruction aligned with the standards of UK Skyborne Inhouse Careers and relevant aviation authority regulations. This position is essential in ensuring that each Trainee achieves the necessary course standards, training requirements, and objectives. The Aviation Theory Educator is expected to exemplify professional conduct and maintain a strong focus on both theoretical and practical knowledge in their subject areas.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering comprehensive theoretical instruction to Trainees.
- Monitoring and assessing Trainee progress in theoretical knowledge.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate Training Records.
- Keeping theoretical knowledge current with all published learning objectives.
- Performing administrative tasks that support the role of the instructor.
- Ensuring adherence to training policies and processes.
- Communicating and promoting policies, procedures, and standards throughout the organization.
- Ensuring that all training documentation, manuals, and course materials are suitable and meet business requirements.
The goal is to deliver theoretical training that aligns with UK Skyborne Inhouse Careers' mission of being the safest, highest quality, and customer-focused training institution globally.
Qualifications- Extensive experience in delivering ATPL theoretical knowledge instruction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively motivate and support Trainees, as well as engage with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to focus and perform in a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changes and adjust accordingly.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong customer orientation even in challenging situations.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.
