Job Summary
Williams Lea Limited is seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team within a leading law firm. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services to our clients in accordance with our Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and print jobs.
- Support the Office Manager with office health and safety initiatives.
- Assist with social and charitable events.
- Regularly update the intranet with relevant information.
- Liaise with other team members to ensure workloads are balanced and SLAs are met.
- Identify and eliminate process weaknesses, and provide training to team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing timely and consistent updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, providing assistance and advice as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on administrative support.
- Ability to take instruction and work independently.
- Customer-focused approach, with a drive for results.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication and delegation skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Methodical and logical approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
