The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including:
- Managing office operations, including accepting and routing calls, diary management, and meeting bookings
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing databases
- Implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
