**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team at Zealous Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with retail partners, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Identify and Connect with Potential Partners**: Utilize your expertise to identify potential partners and businesses that align with our company's goals and values, and develop strategies to connect with them.
  • **Craft and Execute Impactful Sales Strategies**: Develop and execute sales strategies designed to drive revenue growth and increase market share, working closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure alignment.
  • **Build and Sustain Strong Relationships**: Foster and maintain strong, enduring relationships with retail partners, key stakeholders, and decision-makers, ensuring high-quality interactions and lasting impact.
  • **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with our marketing, field, and product teams to ensure that sales initiatives are perfectly aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
