Role Overview

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in collaborating with the senior culinary team to foster a productive work environment and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Crafting exquisite gastro pub cuisine that showcases creativity and nutritional balance.
- Leading a vibrant kitchen team, encouraging innovation, teamwork, and efficiency.
- Managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and service standards.
- Upholding strict health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Contribute to menu development by providing creative ideas and feedback on dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Continuously enhance culinary skills, staying updated with current food trends and techniques.
