Role Overview

As a Chef de Partie, you will collaborate closely with the senior culinary team to cultivate a positive work environment and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting outstanding gastro pub cuisine.
  • Designing creative and nutritionally balanced menus that cater to various dietary needs.
  • Leading a vibrant kitchen team, promoting creativity, teamwork, and efficiency.
  • Managing daily kitchen operations to ensure top-notch food quality and service.
  • Upholding strict health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications

In this role, you will:
  • Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen activities, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Contribute to menu innovation by sharing creative ideas and feedback.
  • Maintain a tidy workstation, following all health and safety protocols.
  • Continuously enhance your culinary skills, staying informed about current food trends and techniques.
