Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen essentials.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.

Requirements
