About the Role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers on the shop floor and at the tills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive in-store experience
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
