Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at People Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the overall commercial performance of our data centre project in West London.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Lead and manage all contractual aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Cost Control & Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of cost reports, ensuring accurate forecasting and monitoring of project costs.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
- Essential: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience: In a commercial role within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience: Managing commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects, ideally data centres or similar high-tech facilities.
- Competitive salary: Ranging from £85,000 to £115,000 depending on experience.
