We are currently seeking a Service Centre Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain established performance metrics as a Technician.
  • Uphold the operational standards of the Service Centre.
  • Offer assistance and support to colleagues and clients, both internally and externally.
  • Aid the Service Centre Manager in managing inventory effectively.
  • Oversee the Service Centre in the absence of the Service Centre Manager.
  • Provide relevant operational insights and feedback to management.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with Technicians, the Service Centre Manager, and the Area Manager.
  • Assist the Service Centre Manager in maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Manage and replenish consumable supplies for the Service Centre.
  • Coordinate the regular disposal of glass and chemical waste.
  • Perform any additional duties as directed by the Service Centre Manager or Area Manager.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Proven capability in planning and organizing workload effectively.
  • Adaptable to varying work demands.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative.
