Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tyre Retail Assistant to join our growing team at Micheldever Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Offer quotations and advice to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Complete associated paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ensure customers are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
- Promote company products and services, highlighting the benefits and value they offer.
- Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Report and document any fault or defective equipment, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures regarding vehicle inspections.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience in the automotive sector is desirable but not essential.
- Be a team player with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- An enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A full valid UK driving licence.
