About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our Direct Sales Team at Aviva. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for answering warm inbounds calls and following up qualified outbound opportunities to support and guide customers through their health sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through their health sales journey.
  • Answer warm inbounds calls and follow up on qualified outbound opportunities.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right health insurance policy to meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide them with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and goals.
