About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our Direct Sales Team at Aviva. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for answering warm inbounds calls and following up qualified outbound opportunities to support and guide customers through their health sales journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through their health sales journey
  • Answer warm inbounds calls and follow up on qualified outbound opportunities
  • Assist customers in selecting the right insurance policy to meet their needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide them with a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and financial services is an asset
