Job Summary

We are a dynamic and growing national automotive company, part of the Micheldever Group, offering excellent training and development opportunities. We are currently seeking a Tyre Retail Assistant to work on a full-time, permanent basis for our expanding team.

As a Tyre Retail Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing quotations and advice when necessary, and ensuring that all customer interactions are dealt with in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns.
  • Provide quotations and advice on tyre-related products and services.
  • Complete associated paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote company products and services to customers.
  • Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Report and document any fault or defective equipment.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience in the automotive sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately.
  • A valid UK driving licence is required.
