Role Overview:

The Property and Legal Division plays a crucial role in managing the property portfolio and executing strategic planning initiatives across the network. This division ensures compliance with established protocols by partners and suppliers during property-related operations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and primary resource for property-related inquiries, including agreements, site replacement programs, exit management, lease renewals, rent assessments, access challenges, cabling permissions, and dispute resolutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions to introduce Project People's Property Business Processes.
  • Assist stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors in navigating regulatory reforms, particularly regarding renewals, and act as a point of escalation when necessary.
  • Drive innovation across processes to improve outcomes, enhance service delivery, and support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties in acquisition, legal deployment, and transmission activities.
  • Provide guidance to suppliers on site-specific challenges.
  • Offer practical, sound, and consistent advice to third parties to ensure efficient site acquisition.
  • Optimize cost savings and prevent unnecessary expenses through effective management of resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of property management.
  • Proven experience in business process improvement and transformational initiatives.
  • Background in an operator, managed service provider, or contractor environment, or experience with chartered surveyors in commercial property, professional services, or valuation roles.
