Job Description

Job Title: Regional Property Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Surveyor to join our team at Project People. As a Regional Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day estate management of our allocated sites, providing expert advice on property-related matters, and supporting internal and external stakeholders in acquisition, legal deployment, and transmission functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the estate management of allocated sites, providing expert advice on property-related matters.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and first-stop reference for property-related matters, including new code agreement renewals, cabling wayleaves, and introducing MBNL's Property Business Processes through training workshops.
  • Provide support to shareholders, suppliers, and contractors in the implementation of ECC reform, especially in the context of renewals, and act as an escalation as necessary.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders in acquisition, legal deployment, and transmission functions.
  • Provide pragmatic, prudent, and consistent advice to third parties to ensure the cost-effective implementation of site acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Property knowledge and experience in an operator, managed service supplier, or small works contractor environment or for a chartered surveyor in a commercial property, professional services, or valuation capacity.
  • Property-related qualifications, such as knowledge of the Code (Digital Economy Act).
