Regional Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to join our team at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL). As a key member of our Property and Legal Department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day estate management of our allocated sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Support internal and external stakeholders in Acquisition, Legal Deployment, and Transmission functions.
- Provide pragmatic, prudent, and consistent advice to third parties to ensure the cost-effective implementation of site acquisition.
- Commercial Property experience and knowledge of Code (Digital Economy Act).
- Experience of working for a Chartered Surveyor in a commercial property, professional services, or valuation capacity.
