Job Description

Project People is seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to join our team. As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the shared and unilateral network of EE & Three.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day estate management in allocated sites, providing direction and guidance to internal departments and external professional advisors.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for property-related matters, including new code agreement renewals, shared or unilateral shareholder programs, exit management, and site acquisition.
  • Introduce and implement business processes and transformational change, ensuring the effective use of the ECC and maximizing cost savings.
  • Provide support to shareholders, suppliers, and contractors in the implementation of ECC reform and site-specific issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the cost-effective implementation of site acquisition and maximize cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business process and transformational change, with a strong understanding of property knowledge and estate management.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Property-related qualifications, such as RICS or CAAV membership.
  • Knowledge of the Digital Economy Act and compulsory purchase procedures.
