Position Overview

Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a People Operations Partner to become a vital member of our HR team. This role is designed to support our organization in achieving its strategic objectives.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We offer a competitive compensation package along with the chance to work for an innovative leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities of the People Operations Partner include:

  • Provide expert HR guidance to management teams.
  • Collaborate with management as the primary contact for all personnel-related issues.
  • Partner with management to create and implement effective workforce strategies.
  • Work closely with management to develop and execute action plans based on employee feedback.
  • Identify and nurture potential successors for key roles within the organization.
  • Ensure the professional development of identified individuals in conjunction with the Learning & Development team.
  • Assist the Learning & Development team in the execution of personal development plans for all leaders.
  • Address performance issues using appropriate organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee concerns promptly and informally when possible.
  • Mentor Line Managers to enhance their capabilities in managing employee relations issues effectively.
  • Regularly analyze trends in employee relations matters, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, to identify potential challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Escalate significant employee relations cases to senior HR leadership as necessary.
  • Partner with Occupational Health to manage long-term health-related absences.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement assessments to ensure satisfaction levels are maintained and take necessary actions.
  • Support the implementation of organizational initiatives and priorities.
  • Manage casework related to grievances, performance, disciplinary actions, and absences.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations during project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including grievance and disciplinary documentation.
  • Challenge operational costs to enhance productivity.
  • Influence the development of HR policies to align with business needs.
  • Continuously monitor the external market to anticipate challenges and address them proactively.
  • Assist in managing tribunal cases with appropriate interventions.
  • Undertake additional HR-related tasks as required.
