About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Partner to join our esteemed team at ZIGUP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior management teams by delivering insightful financial advice and analytical decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted adviser, driving improved decision-making and ensuring the sustainable success of our business.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization, offering business advice, decision support, cost control, and performance analysis.
  • Own the revenue budget and periodic forecasts, leading the Finance Business Partner Team for Repair Operations.
  • Design and continuously improve financial and KPI reporting frameworks across the business, providing relevant commentaries and transforming data into valuable insights.
  • Maximize FTE efficiency and lead the annual and periodic forecasting processes for the entire business, regions, and individual bodyshops.
  • Provide guidance on maximizing revenue, profit, and ROCE, identify opportunities for significant business performance improvements, and support strategic Executive initiatives with comprehensive analysis and recommendations.

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with solid business partnering experience and the ability to offer value-adding insight.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the key drivers of our business and how they interact.
  • Experience of establishing professional and positive relationships with a range of stakeholders of varying seniority, with an ability to influence stakeholders towards positive outcomes.
  • Knowledge of fleet repair or experience in supporting a multi-site operational function is advantageous but not essential.
