Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our Enterprise Technology Team in the UK Headquarters in Northwich. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users across various regions, including the UK, Republic of Ireland, Netherlands, Nordics, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Liaise with partners and vendors to resolve IT-related issues.
  • Analyze and resolve technical incidents and problems.
  • Implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Attend meetings with end-users to discuss technical issues and provide training.
  • Work with global support teams to ensure regional infrastructure is maintained at a high service availability level.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and training materials.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of IT experience, including 2 years in a technical customer support role.
  • Full driving license for travel to provide onsite support.
  • Valid passport for international travel.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with end-users at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft O365, Windows 10 and 11, Apple macOS, and mobile device management.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
