Job Title: IT Operations Analyst

Ecolab UK and Ireland is a leading provider of water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services. We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology Team in Northwich, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support to end-users across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Netherlands, Nordics, and Switzerland.
  • Liaise with partners and vendors on IT-related user support.
  • Perform incident and problem analysis to resolve or escalate incidents and requests.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Attend end-user meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with ETS global support teams to ensure regional infrastructure is maintained at a high service availability level.
  • Develop and maintain Knowledge Base articles and training materials for end-users.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree and/or technical qualification, with at least 3 years of IT experience, including 2 years in a technical customer support role.
  • Full driving license for travel to provide onsite support to various UK sites.
  • Valid passport for travel within the European region.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with end-users at all levels of Ecolab.
