The Position

The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the Catering team, responsible for providing a variety of food and beverage services while adhering to Food Hygiene regulations and NHS Scotland's policies and procedures. This role is essential in ensuring that the nutritional requirements of patients, staff, and users of NHS Scotland services are met. Additionally, the candidate will assist in training and supporting new team members within the work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding of catering standards and relevant protocols.

  • Complete mandatory training as required by NHS Scotland.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of performing assigned tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must obtain the Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.

Employment Details
  • Type: Permanent
  • Hours: Part Time
  • Weekly Commitment: 30 hours

Please note that this is a part-time position, and the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
