About the Role: As a Laser & CNC Machine Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing our range of Laser Cutters, Laser Engravers, and CNC machine tools at customer sites across the UK. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and service our range of Laser Cutters, Laser Engravers, and CNC machine tools at customer sites across the UK.
  • Provide training to customers on the safe and effective use of our equipment.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with our equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Laser Cutter and/or Engraver Installation / Service Engineer and Trainer.
  • Recognised electrical qualification.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Sound computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills at component level.
