Job Title: Weekend Field Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, providing training on, and servicing and repairing our range of Laser Cutters, Laser Engravers, and CNC machine tools at customer sites throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission new equipment at customer sites
  • Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment
  • Service and repair equipment as required
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical fault-finding at component level
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including fault-finding at component level
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to work with customers to resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel throughout the UK
