The Role: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers within the technology sector.

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify qualified leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Outreach & Qualification: Engage with prospects via email, phone, and other communication methods to establish interest and assess their needs.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition from lead qualification to sales engagement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities within our CRM system, providing valuable insights for sales performance analysis.
  • Collaboration & Optimization: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, improve conversion rates, and achieve shared business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
