At Sexy Fish, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and sophisticated welcomes to guests upon arrival.
  • Assist with seating arrangements and ensure efficient table management.
  • Handle inquiries regarding menu items and specials with expert knowledge.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our high-end POS system.
  • Manage payments, including cash, credit cards, vouchers, and deposits, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Provide impeccable customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs.
  • Ensure the cashier area is impeccably maintained, including cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with the maître d' and section managers to coordinate seating and streamline service.
  • Adhere to strict cash-handling procedures and maintain accountability for all transactions.
  • Perform cash up reconciliation and finalize end-of-day procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with experience handling cash transactions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences.
