Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Update our CRM database and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Contribute to the development of good working relationships within the team and with external suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least one year's experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A competitive salary of up to £26,000.
