Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Are you a seasoned Health and Safety Manager looking for a new challenge in a manufacturing environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at C-TECH RECRUITMENT LTD as a Health and Safety Manager.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team in the Enniskillen area. As a key member of our site leadership structure, you will be responsible for building a robust safety culture at our site. Your primary focus will be on improving site KPIs, enhancing culture, and progressing towards sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive safety strategy to reduce DART rates, incidents, and improve Behavioural Safety Observations.
  • Collaborate with the Central HSE function to engage in campaigns, promote positive behaviours, and coach teams to manage safety in their areas.
  • Conduct internal inspections of the facility, respond to requests for support, and document internal inspections and audits.
  • Ensure the facility is in line with Central Risk frameworks and documented processes, including site Risk Assessments and compliance measures.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Health and Safety Manager within a manufacturing environment.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or higher H&S qualification.
