Health and Safety Manager Opportunity

Are you a seasoned Health and Safety Manager looking for a new challenge in a manufacturing environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team at C-TECH RECRUITMENT LTD.

About the Role

We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join our Brands and Snacking Business Unit. As a key member of our site leadership structure, you will be responsible for building a robust safety culture at our site. Your primary focus will be on improving site KPIs, including DART Rate, Incident reduction, and Behavioural Safety Observations.

You will also be responsible for embracing all aspects of Go For Zero and supporting the Central function by engaging in campaigns, promoting positive behaviours, and coaching teams to manage safety in their areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing internal inspections of the facility on a periodic basis
  • Responding to requests for support
  • Documenting internal inspections and audits
  • Supporting the Central HSE function on both internal and external audit programs
  • Ensuring the facility is in line with Central Risk frameworks and documented process
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience working as a Health and Safety Manager within a manufacturing environment
  • A NEBOSH Certificate or higher H&S qualification
