About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Expert/Analyst to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our digital product and asset area, you will be responsible for driving improvements on our digital platforms to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the vision and direction of the digital product and asset area to stakeholders across the business.
  • Increase the speed of products to our website that are fully enriched with quality product data and assets.
  • Enable the automation of product enrichment on our PIM system.
  • Secure data and taxonomy across the product catalogue that supports SEO and buying beliefs.
  • Identify, drive, and roll out improvements to our digital platforms to build customer and business value.
  • Support the prioritization of new features to our digital platforms.
  • Using business knowledge, help to define user stories and requirements for new features.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to learn of needs and challenges.
  • Ensure new features and processes meet intended expectations by performing UAT and training teams.
  • Support the resolution and prevention of incidents on our digital platforms.
  • Track and share the performance of KPI results within the digital product and asset area.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Business Expert (or similar role) in a digital retail environment.
  • Experience working with PIM systems and E-commerce platforms beneficial.
  • Good understanding of SEO.
  • Proficient Excel skill.
  • Experience with web analytic tools beneficial (Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Process-driven and customer-centric.
  • Strategic thinker and results-driven.
  • Strong stakeholder management & collaboration experience.
