We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a vital member of our analytics team, you will play a key role in driving online traffic growth and making data-driven decisions to inform business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Subscriptions Team to design and implement targeted customer acquisition campaigns based on insights gained from data analysis.
- Analyse performance of A/B testing on various acquisition strategies to identify the most effective interventions.
- Develop forecasting models to predict future churn rates based on historical data and traffic trends.
- Partner with Product, Editorial, and Customer Success teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
- Work with Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models and drive subscription acquisition.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to subscriber acquisition from various sources (e.g., website analytics, CRM systems, marketing campaigns).
- Strong proficiency with SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- At least 4+ years experience in marketing/acquisition analytics.
- Great experience and understanding of a subscription business model and ideally a media background.
