Job Title: Development Manager

About the Role:

We are working with a leading privately owned residential developer in the south of England to find a talented Development Manager to join their senior development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from early identification/acquisition through the planning process.
  • Work closely with the senior development team to deliver high-spec prime residential schemes and large multi-phased developments or strategic land promotion sites.
  • Collaborate with experienced development professionals to develop your career at a fast pace.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of post-graduate experience as a development manager, development surveyor, or land buyer.
  • Proven track record of project managing complex residential-led schemes through the planning application and appeals process.
  • Strong career aspirations and a drive for success.
