Key Responsibilities: This position will oversee multiple nursing facilities across designated regions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in practice nursing, ensuring robust and current clinical expertise.

As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will bring extensive experience in resident and patient care, demonstrating confidence in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma, as well as proficiency in wound care.

Performance Oversight: In this role, you will evaluate and support the operational performance of each facility in your area, ensuring adherence to the highest clinical standards.

Monthly reviews of the clinical governance database and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be part of your duties, where you will analyze results and identify actionable strategies to comply with regulations and enhance care quality.

Collaboration: Working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical personnel at each facility, you will strategize and implement essential actions to address any challenges and foster continuous improvement.

Your leadership skills will be pivotal in organizing training sessions, attracting senior clinical talent, and conducting clinical investigations.

Qualifications: To be considered, you must hold a current NMC registration, be a Registered Nurse (General), and provide evidence of ongoing professional development. You should have experience in a care home setting and have served as a clinical mentor, particularly for newly-qualified nurses. A comprehensive understanding of current regulatory standards is essential.
