- Manage and review patient complaints, clinical incidents, and near-miss events, utilizing a structured framework for analysis.

- Work within policies related to domestic violence, substance abuse, and addictive behavior, referring as necessary.
- Assess and manage risk within areas of responsibility, ensuring adequate measures are in place to protect staff and patients.

- Complete mandatory and statutory training to maintain professional competence.
- Implement infection control measures according to local and national guidelines.
- Utilize technology to support management, planning, and monitoring, presenting and communicating information effectively.
- Review and process data using templates and accurate SNOMED/Read codes for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Model good practice in equality and diversity, respecting individual rights and choices.
- Support patients from marginalized groups to access quality care.
