Clinical Development Nurse Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. This role will involve leading and supporting the development of clinical governance and quality of care for our residents.
The successful candidate will have experience in practice nursing and a strong understanding of up-to-date clinical practice. They will be responsible for overseeing nursing homes in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. They will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of clinical governance and quality of care for residents
- Oversee nursing homes in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire
- Ensure high standards of care are maintained
