About the Role

As an Operations Leader within our Rare Disease Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making and optimizing operational performance. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to gather stakeholder needs, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights that fuel business growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Rare Disease Leadership team to execute strategic initiatives and navigate a dynamic market landscape.
  • Identify and understand data requirements across various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and field operations.
  • Work in tandem with Business Operations and Strategy (BOS) to leverage data analytics for informed decision-making processes.
  • Manage monthly performance reporting cycles within the Rare Disease Business Unit, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with Medical and Value Access (VA) colleagues, focusing on metrics analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Prioritize data requests across the unit, effectively communicating report availability and fostering a shared understanding of performance at national and regional levels.
  • Collaborate with Rare Disease Brand Field teams to develop streamlined workflows and enhance data sharing practices.
  • Lead a data working group within the Rare Disease Business Unit, ensuring reporting and data accessibility meet the needs of all teams.
  • Partner with contracting and channel strategy teams to analyze key brand growth trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support in brand and tactical planning for all three Rare Disease brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic meetings, including POA meetings, cross-functional gatherings, leadership off-sites, and team-building events.
  • Collaborate with the training team on the development and execution of new resources and training programs.
  • Work closely with Operations leads from Oncology and Neuro business units to identify best practices and foster innovation within the Rare Disease Business Unit.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.

You possess a strong analytical background with proven experience in integrating multiple data sets, analyzing large data sources, and creating concise executive summaries. Your ability to deliver impactful presentations supported by data is essential.
