About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Greene King. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that the team has everything they need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a memorable and heartfelt experience each and every time they visit
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with promptly and safely

  • A role model for the team, providing excellent service and a warm welcome to every customer
  • The ability to think on your feet and adapt to any challenges that arise during a busy shift
