  • Provide guidance and advice to young people aged 16-25 who are navigating the asylum process
  • Work collaboratively with partners to identify and meet individual needs, ensuring that pathway plans reflect each young person's strengths, aspirations, and needs
  • Deliver statutory responsibilities under the Leaving Care Act 2000
  • Conduct home visits, community work, and meetings in Council offices with occasional remote work

Requirements

  • Experience delivering high-quality services to young people, families, or vulnerable individuals
  • Valid driving license and access to a suitable vehicle for travel
  • Experience in a similar role
