Key Responsibilities

The Consultant will oversee the daily management of several brand reputation accounts, including:

  • Client Relationship Management: You will adeptly manage a variety of clients, from well-known brands to emerging enterprises. Building trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and budget holders is essential, as is the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues proactively. You will establish a commercial rapport with clients, ensuring they recognize the value Boldspace provides while managing expectations effectively.
  • Account Management: You will guarantee that client account teams are equipped with the knowledge and enthusiasm necessary to deliver exceptional results. Clear communication of work expectations and objectives to team members and external partners will be a priority.
  • Creative Strategy Development: Daily, you will engage in brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions for our clients' most pressing challenges. Your leadership will inspire your team to consistently generate compelling ideas for both proactive and reactive pitches.

  • Diverse Sector Experience: You will work with clients across various sectors from day one, bringing a wealth of experience to the role.
  • Media Relations Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of media strategies and best practices is essential.
  • Multi-Channel Proficiency: Recognizing that PR encompasses more than just media relations, you will ensure a holistic approach to client strategies.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: We seek intelligent individuals capable of providing insightful advice on significant issues independently.
  • Strong Writing Skills: You must be an adept writer, capable of producing high-quality content efficiently.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: As an account lead, you will ensure that all documents are error-free before submission.
