Role Overview
As a Client Services Professional, you will support our team in managing accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients across science, technology, and health. You will experience a dynamic and varied role, encompassing corporate communications, media relations, brand communications, advances in technology, AI, social media, digital marketing, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on projects, developing timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, effectively and on time.
- Draft content/written materials in short and long form, such as website copy, press releases, articles, blogs, and social content.
- Writing and editing documentation, ensuring all client documents meet high-quality standards.
- Support day-to-day account operations.
- Liaise with clients under the guidance of your Account Lead.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar healthcare communications agency or in-house.
- Strong communication skills and adept at building rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently, highly organized, and calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of relevant Codes of Practice (e.g., ABPI).
