About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented People Insights Specialist to join our HR Management Information (HRMI) team at the University of Bath. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and providing insights from data to support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manipulate large datasets using Excel and other reporting tools to deliver high-quality management information and statutory reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the HRMI team to design and implement process improvements and system updates.
  • Provide training and support to system users on the use of HR systems and reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
