This is a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned Conveyancer / Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to significantly influence property transactions and contribute to the growth and success of our client's organization.

Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
Provide expert legal counsel to clients regarding property transactions.
Conduct legal research and remain informed about developments in property law.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements pertinent to residential property transactions.
Collaborate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless property transactions.
Facilitate negotiations and address any legal challenges during the conveyancing process.
Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
Commit to ongoing professional development and enhance knowledge within the legal field.
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, with substantial experience managing a caseload.
Thorough understanding of conveyancing procedures, property law, and relevant legislation.
Proficient in IT, including familiarity with case management systems and legal research tools.
Prior experience with case management systems is advantageous, though additional training will be provided.
Knowledge of conveyancing processes and previous experience in a conveyancing or similar role.
