Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing pensions and managing the end-to-end payroll process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pension Management: Ensure accurate and timely pension payments to employees.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to payment processing.
  • Financial Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Employee Support: Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to queries and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate and up-to-date payroll data.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in pension management and payroll processing.
  • Skills: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Legislation: Good understanding of payroll legislation and procedures.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
