Key Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery by providing direction, support, and oversight in the execution of various initiatives. The primary focus areas include: operational excellence, quality assurance, client engagement, departmental profitability, and employee growth and satisfaction.
Your Approach:
Oversee the scheduling and execution of multiple initiatives daily to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery. Collaborate with sales teams to define and document project scopes based on client needs. Assist in tender submissions and other collaborative opportunities. Develop comprehensive project timelines and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with the Program Delivery Director to ensure all tasks are managed effectively and that project integrity is maintained. Provide strategic planning and organizational support throughout various projects. Participate in client meetings to foster relationships and ensure alignment. Identify and manage project variances and risks, ensuring that any potential impacts on resources, costs, and schedules are communicated effectively. Lead and inspire project teams, including subcontractors, to meet project goals. Maintain organized project documentation and ensure all client information is current. Ensure that operational manuals are created as required upon project completion. Collaborate with other operational and engineering teams to provide necessary support and technical insights. Strive for high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence. Assist in various business functions as needed. Conduct post-project evaluations with the Program Delivery Director.Essential Qualifications:
