Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects of payroll for employees
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Review and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Verify the accuracy of all payroll transactions
- Identify and resolve payroll errors
- Meet deadlines and accomplish required tasks promptly
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle difficult queries or tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a Finance/Accounting environment would be advantageous
